Rentals in Mallorca

Do you want to “try” Mallorca first to be able to choose your preferred area? Then a rental is the option that suits you best. You can choose between a temporary agreement for a few months or a long term rental that allows you to try for a year (or longer) and get to know the island.

Our agency fee is usually 1,5 monthly rents plus 21% VAT and is to be paid by the landlord in case of long-term rental contracts for a minimum durartion of 1 year  ("vivienda habitual"). 

In the case of a temporary contract with a contract duration less than 12 months (no "vivienda habitual"), the agency fee is to be paid by the renting party (usually 20% of the total rent plus VAT, but limited to a maximum of 1,5 monthly rents).
