This fantastic family house is situated in the south of Majorca near Sa Rapita, a small, idyllic harbor town with charming restaurants, cafes, shops and beach. The beaches Es Trenc and Ses Covetes are only 5 minutes away from the finca by car, to Santanyi it takes about 10 minutes by car, and to Palma approx 30 minutes.
